2024 Open Streets Muskogee
September 21 @ 11:00 am - 2:00 pm
FreeOpen Streets Muskogee is a local health and wellness event that will reclaim part of the Depot District on Elgin on September 21st from 11am – 1pm for non-motorized activity. Everyone is invited to walk, bike, skate or board while participating in activity hubs, meeting local business owners, and celebrating the unique charm of our historic community.
Open Streets will look somewhat like a block party, but the purpose is permanent change. When more residents choose active transportation, we begin to build a healthier community. A more active community will produce more foot traffic for the local economy and an interest in shaping the areas we live, work, and play. #ActivePeople
